There’s more to me than just being awk-weird. I own my own flower shop, have some great friends, and I have my eye on adopting the most adorable kitten. But sadly, hot guys don’t tend to be blown away by my trivia-spouting, dorky self.
So, when a Thor-lookalike who happens to be a professional hockey player hits on me at my bestie’s wedding rehearsal party … You better believe I climbed that tree like a cat. And the face that it happened not once, not twice, but three times? Yeah, that’s pretty much a once-in-a-lifetime experience for a woman like me.
There’s zero chance I’ll end up ever seeing him again…right?
Until the pregnancy test comes up positive. What happens next?
USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling romance author Avery Flynn has three slightly-wild children, loves a hockey-addicted husband and is desperately hoping someone invents the coffee IV drip. Avery was a reader before she was a writer and hopes to always be both. She loves to write about smartass alpha heroes who are great with a quip and relatable heroines who are feisty, fierce and fantastic.
Avery Flynn is my go-to author when I just want to get lost in a world of hilarious banter and amazing characters. Tess and Cole were more than that for me. I have loved Tess since the first book of this series. I’m so excited that it was her time to shine. But this book was different. While there was still humor and the awkwardness I’ve come to love from Avery Flynn, this book was much deeper. Cole and Tess couldn’t be more different. Tess just wants to be on her own with her kitten. But one night changes all of that.
I loved these two. They were sweet and awkward. These two have been through so much. Tess doesn’t trust her heart to anyone. Cole only wants one woman. She’s moved on but not him. I loved how everything seems to work out in the end. I can’t wait to see what’s to come in this series.
Blogger of romance books. Reader of all. I love reading and want to share that love with you all. Romance is my nitch, but I will read just about anything. By day, I wear a different cape, I'm a Nurse. I love my job and helping others.
